Duties:

• Lead and manage complex family law cases, including divorce, child custody, alimony, and property division.
• Strategically manage cases from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials throughout Central Florida.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
• Mentor junior associates and paralegals, promoting professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies for achieving favorable client outcomes.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
• Experience in family law litigation.
• Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills.
• Demonstrated empathy and compassion for clients in challenging situations.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently with attention to detail.
• Leadership experience is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Florida Bar license (Required).
