Key Duties:

  • Manage a caseload of litigation matters, overseeing all phases from discovery through trial.

  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Develop and implement case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys and clients.
  • Participate in settlement negotiations and strategy sessions.

  • Maintain detailed and organized case files and documentation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of litigation experience with a demonstrated ability to handle complex cases.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.
  • Experience in healthcare and/or energy litigation is preferred.
  • Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
  • Enthusiasm for appearing in court and handling a variety of litigation matters.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Colorado State Bar Association.
