A law firm seeks a motivated Real Estate Litigation Associate to join its dynamic team in a challenging and rewarding environment. This position is ideal for a legal professional with 1 to 2 years of experience in litigation, focusing on landlord-tenant disputes, commercial litigation, and business law. The firm represents a diverse clientele in federal and state court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution settings.

Duties

  • Manage and litigate cases involving real estate disputes, including landlord-tenant issues and commercial litigation.
  • Draft and file pleadings, conduct discovery, and prepare legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court and during alternative dispute resolution processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and ensure thorough representation.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • 1 to 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in real estate or commercial law.
  • Strong litigation skills, including drafting legal documents and conducting discovery.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution.

  • Admitted to the state bar.
