  • Provide expert legal advice to clients and address their concerns throughout the litigation process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and court decisions.
  • Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in litigation with a focus on health care, labor, commercial, and real estate law.
  • Admission to the Arizona Bar is required.
  • Proven track record of effective litigation and trial practice.
  • Excellent academic credentials and a solid professional background.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Arizona State Bar.
