• Provide expert advocacy for clients throughout workers compensation proceedings
• Conduct thorough legal research, analyze complex issues, and create strategic plans to address clients' needs
• Actively participate in hearings and negotiate settlements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure positive outcomes
• Collaborate with legal professionals to gather evidence and prepare cases

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of workers compensation experience
• Active membership with the California State Bar in good standing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active California State Bar membership
