A law firm in Denver is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Attorney with 5+ years of quality experience in real estate loan transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience working on large and complex loan transactions, either on the borrower or lender side, or both. Experience in title diligence is a plus. Additionally, the candidate should be a self-starter with demonstrated skills in drafting and analysis, attention to detail, a strong academic record, and excellent professional credentials. Colorado Bar membership or immediate intention to obtain Colorado Bar membership is required.

 

Duties:

  • Work on large and complex real estate loan transactions.
  • Represent clients on either the borrower or lender side, or both.
  • Conduct title diligence and analysis.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Analyze and interpret complex legal issues related to real estate law.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on real estate matters.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and team members on case strategy and development.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of quality experience in real estate loan transactions.
  • Experience working on large and complex transactions preferred.
  • Experience in title diligence is a plus.
  • Colorado Bar membership or immediate intention to obtain Colorado Bar membership.
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong academic record and excellent professional credentials.

 

Education:

JD from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Colorado State Bar.
