Duties

• Provide legal counsel on antitrust issues, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and merger clearance.
• Handle matters involving the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act (HSR), including overlaps or vertical relationships.
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients and co-advisors.
• Conduct legal research and draft high-quality legal documents.
• Participate in antitrust litigation as required.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in antitrust law.
• Strong background in merger clearance, counseling, and litigation.
• Experience with HSR matters is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Must be eligible for admission to the D.C. Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials are required.

Certifications

• Admission to the D.C. Bar or ability to obtain membership promptly.
