    • Evaluate insurance coverage and collect necessary documentation.
  • Negotiation and Settlement:

    • Prepare cases for trial while seeking the full settlement value.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with adjusters to negotiate favorable terms.
    • Take the necessary steps to file suit and guide clients through litigation when required.
  • Litigation:

    • Draft pleadings and discovery materials for lawsuits.
    • Strategize and prepare for trials, mediations, or arbitrations.
  • General Responsibilities:

    • Review and sign correspondence drafted by support staff.
    • Collaborate across teams to ensure timely and efficient case progress.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in personal injury law, with experience in both negotiation and litigation.
  • Proven track record of achieving favorable case outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding client service and delivering results.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active state bar membership and eligibility to practice law in Alabama.
