Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Conducted and managed written and document discovery processes.

• Assist in trial preparation.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of business litigation experience.
• Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• J.D. from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active member of the California Bar in good standing.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 firms preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a busy, collegial environment.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active member of the California Bar.
