A growing law firm is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join its Providence office. Duties

  • Manage a caseload of workers’ compensation claims from intake through resolution

  • Provide legal guidance and support to clients throughout the claims process

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and execute case strategies

  • Attend hearings, depositions, and other proceedings as required

  • Communicate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions

Requirements

  • Admission to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts (both required)

  • Strong interest in representing injured workers and navigating workers’ compensation law

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage a growing caseload

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active bar licenses in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts
