The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing U.S. and international trademark portfolios, handling clearance, prosecution, and investigations for a diverse clientele.

 

Duties:

  • Manage U.S. and international trademark portfolios with a focus on clearance, prosecution, and investigations.
  • Provide legal counsel on trademark matters and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to support trademark clearance efforts.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including opinions, responses, and applications related to trademark prosecution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of direct trademark experience with a specialization in clearance, prosecution, and enforcement.
  • Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.
  • Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Experience in managing both U.S. and international trademark portfolios.
  • Excellent legal writing and critical thinking skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
