Duties:

• Provide legal counsel to clients in various areas, including family law, personal injury, civil litigation, and more.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in negotiations, settlement discussions, and court proceedings.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing consistent updates and guidance throughout legal processes.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members and external partners to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
• Keep abreast of changes in the law and integrate new knowledge into casework.

Requirements:

• A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership and good standing with the State Bar.
• Proven experience in family law, personal injury, or civil litigation, including handling cases from start to finish.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
