Duties:

  • Manage and assist in various corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and securities offerings.
  • Draft and review various corporate documents, such as contracts, agreements, and governance documents.
  • Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance matters, and strategic business decisions.
  • Conduct due diligence in support of corporate transactions.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, professionals, and clients to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Participate in the negotiation and structuring of corporate deals.

Requirements:

  • 1-6 years of experience as a Corporate Attorney.
  • Experience in handling a group of attorneys would be advantageous.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of corporate law and transactions.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to provide sound legal advice and strategic counsel.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing or working within a group of attorneys is a plus.
