Duties:

  • Negotiate personal injury cases against insurance companies on behalf of injured clients.
  • Supervise a team that includes a case manager, case admin, and medical lien negotiator.
  • Provide direct client communication and support throughout the pre-litigation process.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure timely and effective case resolution.
  • Uphold the firm’s values by consistently advocating for clients in negotiations.

Requirements:

  • Must be a licensed attorney with active admission to the California Bar.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury law.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in negotiation.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Passion for representing clients, especially those facing difficult circumstances.
  • Eager to learn, grow, and perform responsibilities with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Must be comfortable working in a team environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
