Duties:

• Represent clients in various family law matters, such as divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
• Conduct thorough legal research and stay current with developments in family law
• Attend court hearings and trials, presenting cases with confidence
• Provide ongoing legal advice and support to clients throughout the entire process
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure smooth case management and operations

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing family law litigation
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commitment to high-quality client representation

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Must be admitted to the State Bar and in good standing
