Duties:

• Handle employment litigation matters, including representing clients in state and federal court.
• Provide counsel to clients on employment-related issues, including compliance and risk management.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Participate in mediation, arbitration, and settlement negotiations.
• Advise clients on employment policies and best practices.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to develop litigation strategies.
• Stay current on labor and employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with other attorneys on complex litigation matters.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of employment litigation experience.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
• Experience in traditional labor law (preferred but not required).
• Licensed to practice law in the state of New York.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
