Associate Attorney needed for Irvine office

Location:

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and factual investigation.
• Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Coordinate with expert witnesses and consultants throughout the litigation process.
• Draft and respond to offensive and defensive discovery.
• Assist in preparing for and conducting depositions.
• Manage document review and production.
• Prepare for and participate in trials, including trial strategy and case management.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to learn quickly, communicate clearly, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated interest and commitment to working in litigation.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California.
