Duties:

• Manage cases from inception to resolution, collaborating with senior attorneys

• Act as the primary point of contact for opposing counsel

• Prepare and conduct direct and cross-examination of witnesses

• Draft legal briefs, motions, and factual submissions

• Lead strategic decisions in complex litigation matters

• Assist in trial preparation and conduct evidentiary hearings

• Manage deadlines and ensure effective workflow across multiple client matters

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of commercial litigation experience

• Exposure to intellectual property, entertainment, corporate, and real estate litigation preferred

• Trial or arbitration experience is a plus

• Strong legal analysis, research, and writing skills

• Ability to handle multiple matters and meet deadlines

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in good standing (California Bar preferred)
