Location:

Duties:

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and responses.
• Assist with the discovery process, including administering depositions, issuing interrogatories, and reviewing documents.
• Perform legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
• Make court appearances as required.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and management.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on first-party property and liability coverage in New Jersey.
• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active New Jersey law license.

Skills:
