Duties

  • Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from inception through trial under senior attorney supervision

  • Handle matters related to business disputes, real estate litigation, and trust/probate conflicts

  • Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other court documents

  • Engage in discovery, including depositions and document production

  • Represent clients at court hearings and proceedings

  • Participate in client consultations and strategy sessions

  • Communicate and negotiate with opposing counsel

  • Provide support to attorneys in other legal departments as needed

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of legal experience

  • Some experience in law and motion practice preferred

  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
