The position requires collaboration with attorneys, technologists, and service providers to optimize discovery processes.

Duties

  • Advise case teams and clients on all discovery phases, from preservation through production.

  • Support pre-litigation information governance and post-production deposition/trial preparation.

  • Develop and implement case-specific workflows and protocols for electronic discovery.

  • Oversee discovery attorneys, project attorneys, and technologists to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with discovery laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

  • Communicate complex legal and technical concepts effectively to attorneys and clients.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience handling discovery matters in litigation or regulatory investigations.

  • Active law license in good standing in the state of practice.

  • Strong understanding of electronic discovery processes, legal standards, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Experience managing large-scale document review and production projects.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Must be licensed and in good standing FL

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace preservation, filtering, and export capabilities.
