Job Overview:

A well-established law firm in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Personal Injury Intake Attorney to assess potential client inquiries related to personal injury cases, particularly motor vehicle accidents. This role involves direct communication with prospective clients, determining case eligibility, and supporting the intake process by ensuring data accuracy and client follow-up. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a legal background in personal injury, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Duties:

  • Answer and assess incoming calls from potential clients to determine case eligibility.
  • Communicate with prospective clients both over the phone and in person.
  • Accurately enter and maintain client contact information in the system.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to potential clients and assist in lead management.
  • Review contracts with potential clients, including those contacted during home visits or hospital visits.
  • Monitor new auto-related cases daily and ensure timely actions are taken.
  • Handle escalated calls from dissatisfied or concerned clients to salvage potential cases.
  • Provide weekend and evening call coverage as needed.
  • Offer legal support and guidance to Intake Specialists, including training on calls and case write-ups.

Requirements:

  • Ability to handle sensitive client communication with professionalism and empathy.
  • Experience managing client data and follow-up processes.
  • Willingness to provide evening and weekend support as necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially when handling escalated client situations.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits as required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar of Arizona.
