A law firm seeks a skilled associate attorney to handle various aspects of business and real estate litigation in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will bring a client-focused approach and a strong sense of professionalism, capable of managing court representation, legal research, and document review. Duties:

  • Represent clients in court regularly, including virtual, telephonic, and in-person appearances
  • Draft legal pleadings, correspondence, and other necessary documents for litigation
  • Communicate with clients through multiple channels, providing regular updates and guidance
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client interests
  • Review and analyze documents submitted by clients and colleagues, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Arizona and in good standing with the State Bar
  • Strong ability to represent clients effectively in various court settings
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions and court proceedings
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment under pressure

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in Arizona, in good standing with the State Bar
