A leading law firm in Las Vegas is seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join its team. The firm specializes in various areas of law, including Workers' Compensation Defense, OSHA compliance, and industrial insurance litigation. Duties:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies, both in person and remotely.
• Draft legal documents and correspond with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Maintain and organize client case files using an electronic case management system.
• Meet or exceed monthly billing requirements.
• Strategize and plan case actions with attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.
• Stay updated on Nevada statutes and regulations relevant to industrial insurance and workers' compensation.

Requirements:

• Membership in the Nevada State Bar in good standing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple competing deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge and experience with electronic case management systems.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Nevada.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Nevada State Bar.
