• Manage all phases of litigation, from initial consultation through to case resolution
• Draft and file legal documents, pleadings, and motions
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients and represent them in court
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication throughout the legal process
• Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical legal standards
• Collaborate with legal assistants and other team members for efficient case management
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated with personal injury law advancements

Requirements:

• Bar License (Required)
• Proven experience in handling personal injury cases

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
