A law firm in Sarasota, Florida is seeking a skilled Construction Attorney with 5+ years of experience in handling a wide range of legal matters related to construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of construction law, including contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution. They will work closely with clients to ensure their construction projects comply with legal requirements and effectively manage any legal issues that arise.

Duties:

• Handle contract negotiation, risk management, bid protests, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution for construction projects.
• Advise clients on construction-related contracts, regulatory compliance issues, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Maintain a portable book of business and cultivate client relationships.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar or willingness to become a member of The Florida Bar in the near future.
