Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience in Restructuring, Insolvency, or Bankruptcy law.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to legal research and writing.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Maine (additional licensure in other states is a plus).

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
