A law firm seeks a knowledgeable securities attorney with a minimum of six years of experience in managing structured securities offerings. This position requires expertise in commercial real estate law, particularly in finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. The ideal candidate will excel in a collaborative environment and significantly contribute to various legal initiatives.

Duties:

  • Represent a diverse range of public and private real estate clients, including REITs and institutional investors, across multiple transactions.
  • Manage the complexities of acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and sophisticated financing arrangements related to commercial real estate.
  • Provide expert legal counsel to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and analyze key legal documents associated with real estate transactions.
  • Deliver strategic insights informed by strong business judgment and extensive legal expertise.
  • Effectively oversee multiple projects while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and robust organizational skills.

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • At least six years of experience in managing structured securities offerings.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active attorney license in the jurisdiction of practice.
