Duties:

• Manage a high-volume caseload of pre-litigation personal injury cases.
• Provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients regarding their personal injury claims.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure they are informed about their case status.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense attorneys.
• Stay current on personal injury law developments and apply this knowledge to enhance client service and firm operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as case managers, investigators, and support staff to facilitate case management.
• Work with external professionals including medical experts, consultants, and other attorneys as required.
• Participate in case strategy discussions and provide valuable input during case reviews.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 250-300 pre-litigation cases.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Independent and team-oriented work style.
• Proficiency in delegating tasks appropriately when necessary.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining quality.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• An active member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law, specifically pre-litigation.

Certifications:

• Nevada Bar certification (California certification is a plus).

Skills:

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
