  • Provide strategic guidance on asset-backed and structured finance matters.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in asset-backed finance and structured finance transactions.
  • Experience working with issuers, underwriters, and other key stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of securitization and structured finance principles.
  • Excellent project management and client-facing skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where hired.
