A law firm is seeking a Mid to Senior-level Capital Markets and Securities Corporate Attorney for their Denver office.

Job Overview:

The Mid to Senior-level Capital Markets and Securities Corporate Attorney will be responsible for handling debt and equity capital market deals, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, disclosures, and SEC regulation. M&A experience is beneficial for this role. Strong written and oral communication skills, along with excellent professional recommendations, are essential. The ideal candidate should be team-oriented and have significant top-tier law firm experience in securities and capital markets, governance, and general corporate work.

Duties:

• Manage debt and equity capital market deals
• Handle public and private securities offerings
• Advise on joint ventures, disclosures, and SEC regulation
• Conduct due diligence for corporate transactions
• Draft and review legal documents and agreements
• Provide legal counsel to clients on corporate matters

Requirements:

• 5+ years of top-tier law firm experience in securities and capital markets, governance, and general corporate work
• Significant experience in debt and equity capital market deals
• Familiarity with public and private securities offerings
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent professional recommendations
• Team-oriented mindset

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar in the relevant jurisdiction
