  • Conduct legal research and analysis.

  • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex matters.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of legal experience in a law firm environment.
  • Strong background in nonprofit law and tax-exempt organizations.
  • Admission to the New York Bar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the New York State Bar.
