A law firm in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling various types of litigation cases and will be responsible for managing their caseload, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage a wide range of litigation matters, including motor vehicle, construction, and premises liability cases.
• Manage own cases from inception through resolution, including case preparation and strategy.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and other legal documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Provide strategic legal analysis and counsel to clients.
• Appear in court for hearings, motions, and trials as needed.
• Answer written discovery and handle oral arguments.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals as necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in motor vehicle, construction litigation, and premises liability.
• Demonstrated experience drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, and answering written discovery.
• Proven track record of taking and defending depositions and handling oral arguments.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong research, writing, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Certifications
