  • Develop and implement case strategies to maximize client settlements and favorable outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and consulting experts.
  • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Provide clients with clear and timely updates on the progress of their cases.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed case files and records.
  • Collaborate effectively with support staff, including paralegals and legal assistants.
  • Stay updated on legal developments and changes in personal injury law.

Requirements:

  • An Arizona State Bar License in good standing is required.
  • Proven experience in personal injury law preferred.
  • Highly motivated and willing to learn new strategies to achieve optimal client settlements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and value the contributions of support staff.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Arizona State Bar License.
