Duties:

• Handle complex antitrust litigation matters and merger control cases.

• Draft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests.

• Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust issues.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and handle client communications.

• Assist in preparing for depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings.

• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.

• Keep clients informed and provide regular case updates.

• Stay up-to-date with changes in antitrust regulations and case law.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control.

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Demonstrated interest in antitrust law with a focus on litigation and regulatory matters.

• Prior experience working on complex cases, particularly in antitrust law, is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to practice in California.

• Solid understanding of antitrust law, including litigation and merger control.
