A law firm is currently seeking a Transactional/M&A/Real Estate Attorney for their Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in real estate, M&A, transactional, and general corporate law, preferably within the healthcare and dental sectors. The candidate should be prepared to handle complex negotiations and document drafting. Responsibilities and requirements for this position include:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating transactional and commercial documents
  • Handling leases, real estate purchase agreements, asset-purchase agreements, partnership/operating agreements, employment agreements, and related documents
  • Advising clients on legal matters related to transactions and real estate deals

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar in Pennsylvania (or willingness to become admitted)
  • Strong understanding of transactional, M&A, and real estate law
  • Excellent negotiation and drafting skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar in Pennsylvania (or willingness to become admitted)
