Duties

• Manage real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to real estate investments.
• Conduct research to support the firm's investment fund operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
• Produce accurate and high-quality work within established deadlines.
• Foster positive relationships within the team and with clients.
• Participate in virtual meetings and other job-related tasks as required.
• Perform additional duties to support the role's objectives as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, particularly in acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
• Familiarity with securities offerings is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships and influence others.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Active law license in the relevant jurisdiction.
