A well-established law firm in New Orleans, LA is seeking an ambitious and skilled Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney. This role will offer hands-on experience in high-value and complex litigation cases, working closely with senior partners. The ideal candidate will contribute to various stages of legal proceedings, from legal research to trial preparation, while learning under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and draft memorandums and motions
• Manage discovery processes, including reviewing and organizing documents
• Assist with trial preparation, including strategy sessions and documentation
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare for mediations and hearings
• Provide support during all phases of litigation and case development
• Build and maintain effective communication with clients and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• A valid Bar license to practice law in Louisiana
• Experience or a strong interest in personal injury law, litigation, or insurance defense
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in Louisiana
