Job Details:

  • Defend Rideshare Liability cases, ensuring comprehensive legal representation.
  • Handle Product Liability cases, managing litigation from inception to resolution.
  • Manage a variety of General Liability cases, demonstrating expertise in diverse legal matters.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and legal strategies.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on intricate casualty issues.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and conferences related to casualty matters.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
