Duties:

• Manage and independently handle a caseload of personal injury defense cases.
• Participate in litigation activities including depositions, mediations, and court hearings.
• Draft legal documents such as discovery responses, motions, and trial preparation materials.
• Provide legal counsel and strategy for clients, ensuring the best possible outcome.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and partners to gain experience and guidance on trial matters.
• Assist in preparing for trials, attending pre-trial hearings, and coordinating with clients, experts, and witnesses.
• Maintain high levels of organization in managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.

Requirements:

• Active California Bar License.
• 1-2 years of experience in litigation.
• Strong legal writing skills, including the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive documents.
• Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
