Duties:

  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on estate planning, wealth preservation, and probate litigation.
  • Conduct legal research, prepare detailed legal documents, and represent clients in court when necessary.
  • Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to craft comprehensive estate plans tailored to each client's needs.

Requirements:

  • 2-10 years of experience in estate planning and probate law.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas for at least 2 years.
  • Proven knowledge of relevant Texas and federal laws and regulations.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Interest in courtroom appearances, hearings, mediation, and client consultations.
  • Highly organized and motivated, with a passion for the practice of estate planning and probate law.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite.
  • Experience with estate planning and probate software such as TxDoc, Clio, or similar platforms.
  • Strong drafting skills for correspondence, pleadings, and discovery.

Job Location:
