Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in civil litigation.

• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a legal team.

• Strong legal research and drafting skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficiency in legal technology and case management software.

• Trial preparation and courtroom experience preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in South Carolina.

Skills:

• Expertise in case management, legal analysis, and research.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal software such as Tabs3 and NetDocs.
