Job Overview:
A rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Pre-Litigation Attorney to join their Orlando, FL office. In this role, the attorney will be responsible for meeting with clients, evaluating claims, negotiating with insurance companies, and ensuring the clients receive optimal care and favorable results. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Location:

  • Orlando, FL

Duties:

  • Meet with clients to discuss their cases and demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and trustworthiness.
  • Provide clients with regular updates regarding case status and communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and offers.
  • Evaluate personal injury and property damage claims and provide guidance to clients.
  • Handle negotiations with insurance companies to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain detailed records and case files in compliance with firm policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent client service and case management.

Requirements:

  • Member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
  • Experience in evaluating personal injury and/or property damage claims.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable settlements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and demonstrate empathy.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and case management.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Florida Bar.
