  • Handle cases from inception through resolution, including managing filings, motions, hearings, and negotiations.
  • Work with medical and vocational experts to support client cases.
  • Maintain and manage a caseload effectively, ensuring all deadlines and client needs are met.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to build strong cases and achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience in workers' compensation law.
  • Proven track record of handling workers' compensation cases and achieving successful outcomes.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
  • Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Minnesota State Bar or ability to obtain licensure.
