Real Estate and Business Transactions Attorney

A law firm seeks a skilled attorney to join its expanding real estate and business transactions team in Longmont, CO. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in real estate, corporate law, and transactional matters, and will be motivated to provide exceptional client service while handling a diverse and complex caseload.

Duties

• Provide expert legal counsel on a variety of real estate transactions, including land development, acquisitions, and leasing.
• Represent corporate clients in business transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to real estate and corporate transactions.
• Advise landowners, developers, businesses, and individuals on legal matters related to real estate, construction, and general corporate governance.
• Exercise sound legal judgment and provide solutions that best serve client needs.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to manage client matters from start to finish.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in real estate, corporate, and general transactional law.
• Proven track record in handling real estate and business transactions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Motivated to provide excellent client service and grow within a collaborative team setting.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Colorado Bar or eligibility for admission.
