Healthcare Transactional Associate Attorney

A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Healthcare Transactional Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of transactional experience, ideally with a focus on healthcare private equity transactions. The ideal candidate should be interested in or have a background in healthcare transactional work, particularly in private equity transactions. Candidates with experience in these areas, along with other complementary experiences, are also encouraged to apply. Prior employment in a sophisticated law firm environment is preferred. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills are required, and the candidate should be admitted to practice in California.

Duties:

• Work on a range of healthcare transactional matters with a focus on private equity transactions.
• Assist in advising clients on healthcare-related legal issues and transactions.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and stakeholders to provide comprehensive legal solutions.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of transactional legal experience.
• Preferred experience or a strong interest in healthcare private equity transactions.

Education:
