A law firm in Naples, FL is seeking a Mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney to handle plaintiff and defense work in civil litigation cases. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience, including trial, arbitration, and mediation work.

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation proceedings.
  • Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Assist in the development of case strategies and provide legal advice to clients.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
