• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to prepare cases for trial.
• Manage a diverse caseload, focusing on areas such as construction accident liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, and more.

• Participate in regular legal strategy sessions and contribute to case planning.

Requirements:

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance defense litigation or a related field such as Workers' Compensation or No-Fault.
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
• Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced legal environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be admitted to practice law in New York.
