Location:

Duties:

  • Handle a diverse caseload, managing each case from consultation through settlement or trial
  • Document and assess client injuries, losses, and damages to maximize compensation
  • Conduct legal research, draft documents, and oversee discovery processes
  • Provide leadership and guidance to legal support staff, including paralegals and case managers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering strategic counsel and preparing them for all legal proceedings
  • Represent clients in mediation, depositions, and court appearances
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to secure favorable outcomes

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in Arizona and in good standing with the Arizona Bar Association
  • Proven experience in personal injury or insurance law preferred; candidates with general litigation experience will also be considered
  • Strong negotiation skills and courtroom experience

Education:
