Job Title: Associate Attorney

Job Overview:
A prominent law firm in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to enhance its Plaintiff’s Rights Litigation practice. This role involves engaging in complex litigation cases and offers the opportunity to work alongside a team of highly skilled professionals. The ideal candidate will be adept in legal research, possess exceptional writing skills, and have experience in managing electronic discovery processes.

Duties:

• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive legal documents.
• Manage electronic discovery (ESI) and utilize platforms such as Relativity for case management.
• Prepare for and take depositions, ensuring effective witness examination and evidence gathering.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and participate in trial preparation.
• Contribute to class action lawsuits and engage in settlement negotiations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant litigation experience, particularly in Plaintiff’s Rights or similar fields.
• Demonstrated experience with complex litigation and class action processes is highly desirable.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be a member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing.

Skills:

• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in electronic discovery tools and platforms, especially Relativity.
